If help is still needed, contact your agency help desk or the ETS service desk. Live calls will be resolved as quickly as possible, but for specific issues, ETS will create a ticket and you will be contacted by support staff from the ERP knowledge center. For two pay periods, we will use easyPay AND the current manual processes. This will help us validate the accuracy and completeness of data captured by the new system.
