GSI Asia I-Plus 3 End Control Pan Utilizing Exclusive Infrared Technology to sense and detect feed level ensuring feed efficiency; no more hungry birds. 2014 Marketing Department

I-Plus End Control Pan Key Features April 2014

I-Plus VS micro-switch end control panel Utilizes exclusive infrared technology to detect feed level. IR sensitivity compared to limit switch. Comes with anti-rotating grill finger. Limit –switch control to control feed level. Disadvantages: - easy to jam due to dust. - paddle problem due to wet feed arising from accrual of moisture. - no so sensitive April 2014

Operation features As the i-Plus control pan fills, the infrared beams detect the feed level. 2. When the feed level breaks all the infrared sensors, the auger will stop automatically. April 2014

Operation features 3. When the feed drops below the infrared sensors, the auger will re-start automatically after a 60 second delay. 4. The process goes into a loop ensuring feed efficiency and no wastage of feed. No more hungry birds. April 2014

Safety features Safety features on top cover emergency switch. In US model, the cover is fully sealed. March 2014

FAQs What are the voltage and frequency requirements? - Compatible for 220VAC 50/60Hz. How many wire connect to each sensor? - L1 and L2 require 2 wires for power supply - Ground require 1 wire for grounding - Control require 1 wire for signal - Total 4 wires needed April 2014

FAQs What type of wire size required? Does it need a proper grounding? - AWG18 or 1mm Does it need a proper grounding? - Yes, all electrical and electronic equipment must have grounding less than 5 ohm. What precaution to take during installation? - The enclosure box must be watertight and proper seal the cable with cable gland. How to clean the infrared sensor? - Wipe only. April 2014

FAQs How frequent to clean? - One flock or once a month. Can it equip with LED light for pan feeder? - Yes, there is terminal to connect 12VDC LED light for pan feeder. April 2014
