How do you access it? Login
Log into WebAdvisor If you have problems with log in call the Helpdesk @ 5373.
Click on Faculty
Click on Census Rosters (right hand column third option)
Select appropriate term
Select appropriate course Select appropriate course. (Notice the certified date and the census date columns)
You can only certify on or after the census date.
You will then see the individual students in the class You will then see the individual students in the class. (Notice the new column Educ(ational) Goals.
You can complete the following items 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 but you cannot select both 1 & 3. You will select the students who are not currently attending your class. Select “I have students attending class who are not on the roll.” and email Diane Brice of those attending who do not appear on this roster. Please provide students name and Colleague ID number or SSN. Certify all students are attending.
See the certification date after one section is certified.
Please repeat until all of your classes are certified. If you have questions or problems, please contact Diane Brice @ 5028 or Bill Bowen @ 5029.
What will happen with the information? We will use the rosters as we have in the past to complete state reports. $$$ We will move students who may be enrolled in one section to another section, only if both instructors indicate they have not attended and are attending.
Financial Aid will use the information to determine who should receive federal funds. We anticipate this will help you at the end of the semester when trying to enter grades. THANK YOU! Give us your feedback. (How we can improve. Did it work okay? Etc.)
