It is necessarily to have a continuous adaption and development of the organization. We all se new trends and changes in the world outside, e.g. demography, globalization and national economy, new and changed attitudes and culture to business and commissioned activities. The income from commissions-financed activities varies. SCB has more than 50 % of the total turnover. commissions-financed activities are carried out in parallell with appropiations activities.
