I want a Franchise –Whats next? We will need the city, Region, Area or State that is of interest – We will give approximate costs that would be involved for any protected territory A brief biography of yourself and/or your company and the number of stores that would be of interest A personal financial statement for all Principals or Partners as well as Corporate Financial Statements if applicable

I want a Franchise –Whats next? Upon an initial approval and acceptance of a potential Franchisee Watssh will enter into a due diligence period and will require additional information about the general business capabilities of the candidate. During that time the candidate will be provided with a copy of the Franchise agreement and such other information that they may need to make their decision

I want a Franchise –Whats next? The total cost of the franchise will depend on location and/or the size of the territory. The cost will not be less than $235,000 – the cost of one store. It may be phased if more than one store is being considered The deposit will be 25% of the total to be put up at the beginning of the due diligence period. If the Franchise agreement is not entered into all deposit funds will be returned less $2,500 for administration and due diligence costs.

I want a Franchise –Whats next? Franchise agreements will normally be approved within 2 weeks All Franchise agreements are for 5 years with 5 year renewable terms. Franchisees are fully supported throughout their terms. A complete breakdown of costs and the application of funds will be provided prior to the formal Franchise signing of the Agreement
