Presentation transcript:

How would you describe the way this person is feeling?

Thought for the Week: Expressing Joy

How do you show that you are happy?

Being happy isn’t always easy....... How do you think this boy is feeling?

Sometimes the choices we make have a real impact upon our happiness and our mental health as a whole....... For example You may feel that you aren’t worthy of being happy or loved. Feeling this way about yourself might stop you from connecting with people and really feeling happy and good about yourself. Remember everyone is worthy of being loved.

Another example: Staying indoors all day How many of you have spent a lot of time indoors this holiday perhaps playing on your X-box or on your computer? Staying indoors all day, possibly alone may not help to make you feel happy.

How can we change a bad day into good one?

A Good Day...............

Ways to have a Good Day......

Time to reflect.........
