Financial Affairs Users Group Seeking Members Who Have: Hands-on experience with business processes and/or services offered by Financial Affairs A willingness and desire to learn and to increase knowledge and skill level Office of Financial Affairs

Role Participate in pilot training sessions and provide feedback Participate in user testing and provide feedback on functionality usability of system enhancements and upgrades Represent department/division in identifying current or future procedures Assist with development of testing scenarios based on business requirement needs Office of Financial Affairs

Office of Financial Affairs Role (Cont’d) Provide feedback on usability of the Financial Affairs website Serve as an advocate, communicating changes and disseminating information Answer questions that other users may have Report encountered issues to Financial Affairs Office of Financial Affairs

Structure Of Users Group Staff from all areas and levels of leadership at the University Creators, reviewers, and approvers.  We need all perspectives. Group size:  40-50 (each initiative will consist of 15- 20 members) 2-year appointment Office of Financial Affairs

Office of Financial Affairs Structure (Cont’d) Time commitment for each initiative will vary based on project size, for example: Testing could be 2 sessions at 1 ½ hours each Pilot training could be 1 session for 1 ½ hours Office of Financial Affairs
