Senior English 2/27/12 Imagine you are one of the participants in the trial how would you be feeling now? ( any juror, the 18 year old on trial) Did you hear about the guy who lost his left arm in a car crash? Mundungus – Very old word for smelling like garbage or dung. Often used to refer to bad smelling tobacco. Goals – Begin week 23 vocabulary study. Discuss what we can remember as significant from what we have seen. Watch the movie. Homework – Begin study of Week 23 vocabulary words. He’s all right now.

Senior English 2/28/12 Do you think citizen participation is important to the rule of law? Why or why not? How do crazy people find their way in the forest? Pox and piles – curse from the middle ages. Goals –Consider citizenship as you watch the movie? Can justice be served if we just let jury duty be assigned on a volunteer basis? Homework – Write a brief paragraph about your beliefs about the responsibilities a citizen has to his or her society? They take the psycho path.
