United in Service and Quality The Chancellor’s Service Excellence Program adopts a comprehensive, institution-wide application of service that will support our three new strategic imperative goals.  

United in Service and Quality The Service Excellence Program has three major components: Projects Recognition Knowledge sharing  

Chancellor’s Service Excellence Program The ultimate goal is to make processes and services an excellent experience, for our customers.

Projects Two projects expected during the fiscal year: increase service to students. increase effectiveness and efficiency. *** one project should contain an academic component.
