Well take all the people we can get who are interested and want to do what is necessary to stay on our list –exam –travel

Training We rely on the AB associations to do the basic training We conduct specialized training clinics wherever there is a need and a local host

Do WE lose members?

Why do officials quit? Changing circumstances Conflict Harassment

Attitude Why dont I get the good games? When will I get to work more important or showcase events? How come the same people always do the Finals? Why do I always have to do girls games or elementary games? Im better than he/she is.

Why do officials leave OUR active ranks? they cant keep up theyve done it long enough and want to give the opportunity to younger members

What can we do to keep the younger ones? Indicate their worth –to the organization –to the sport

Ask if they have ideas for improving the organization
