Authenticity – remembering why Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are important to you personally and acting accordingly. Practice Affirmations; What do we do for people we like … AWARENESS 4. Accountability – holding ourselves and each other to account for our actions and impacts. 5. Transparent – be honest in our dealings with each other.
