CF proposal for 2007

CF proposal for 2008

TVA Problem Up to 2006 no TVA was paid on money spent by IN2P3, originated from foreign Institutions (as for money originated in France) In practice on money originated in France TVA was paid directly by CNRS. From now on IN2P3 will have to pay TVA on orders using money originated abroad. Possible solutions ? Institutions increase CF contributions !! Ask for exemption Ask Stavros for suggestions

TVA Problem

TVA Problem

Signatures of new MoU a) Agreement by all National Agencies, with exception of INFN (budgetary problems) b) Urgent for some Institutions to have a valid MoU (risk of loosing money unless valid MoU signed before Summer) c) Urgent for Bucharest to have new MoU before 2008

Signatures of new MoU Possible solutions proposed by IB 1) Ask all Agencies to sign MoU and wait for INFN decision Ask Agencies to sign, for the time being, a one-page document simply extending old MoU for 2007. Solution 2) simply delays the problem by ~ 6 months. Solutions 1) and 2) could proceed in parallel ??

Problems with new ANTARES MoU Severe budget limitations within INFN  need to reduce by large amount number of “authors” Problems in reaching an agreement on names arisen on Monday. Need some more time to clear issue Moreover Additional problem related to uncertain INFN budget situation New proposal : Modify Annex 8 as follows:
