YOUR PIN OR PASSWORD IS YOUR EMPLOYEE ID# SIGN IN ID or Username is District Main number is: 9525678000 YOUR PIN OR PASSWORD IS YOUR EMPLOYEE ID# If you do not know your Employee ID # contact Jayne Meza or Diane Weckman After first successful log in change your PIN/Password!! Frontline will not force you to change your PIN, however, to ensure confidentiality we recommend that all staff create a customized PIN/Password.

Entering your Absence Select correct month Date or range of days Sub needed (Yes or No) Defaults to ‘Yes’ for Teachers and Support staff Absence Reason (refer to your Union contract for your available leave) Time (Full day or Custom times) Time is the date YOU are absent! Note to Administrator (Supervisor) Upload files/doc for sub if preferred Select “Create Absence”

IF YOUR ABSENCE REQUIRES A SUB: If you have already contacted a TOC substitute prior to your absence, and confirmed that they can work for you, enter the Substitute’s name and select Create Absence & Assign Sub. YOU MUST HAVE CONFIRMED WITH YOUR PRE-ARRANGED SUB BEFORE ASSIGNING THEM TO YOUR ABSENCE/SUB REQUEST. If you do not have a Pre-arranged sub select ‘Yes’ for sub needed then select ‘Create Absence’. The sub request will then go out to the Kelly/TOC sub pool.

After Absence Request has been submitted Confirmation Message Verify Confirmation of both Absence and Sub Request After Absence Request has been submitted verify Confirmation message for both the Absence Request and the Sub Request. An automated email notification will be sent to your supervisor with your leave request.

Scheduled Absence Back on Home page your Leave request and Confirmation number is listed under: ‘Scheduled Absences’

If you need to Cancel an Absence Request To cancel absences/sub requests PRIOR to the date of the absence: Find absence under “Scheduled Absences” Select Delete If you need to cancel an absence/sub request on the day of the absence, you MUST call Teaches On Call as soon as possible so that the sub will be canceled prior to them reporting to the District. Also, notify your supervisor of the change.

I’m sick today or have sick family. Now what?? If you need to enter an absence/sub request on the same day of your absence you must CALL Teachers On Call/Kelly Services if it is after 6:00 a.m. on the same date of the absence to report your absence or request a sub. Prior to that time you are able to enter your information online.

FYI!! ENTER YOUR ABSENCE AND SUB REQUEST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! This increases the chance of your sub request being filled – especially during the flu/cold season! Don’t have access to the internet?? Call TeachersOnCall/Kelly/Services. 1-800-713-4439 ASAP. THIS IS A CHANGE----YOU DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION OF ENTERING YOUR LEAVE REQUEST AFTER THE TIME OF YOUR ABSENCE. You are only able to enter current and future absences! All previous absences not reported must be reported to, and entered by, your Supervisor. You may also contact Diane Weckman to enter unrecorded absences. ANY questions, contact Diane Weckman or Jayne Meza for assistance.
