Recipe Chocolate cake
THE INGREDIENS 400 Grams of flower 2 cups sugar ¾ cup of cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda Some salt 2 eggs ½ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon espresso powder 1 cup boiling water
First, mix in a large bowl the sifted flower, cocoa, baking powder , baking soda, espresso powder and a pinch of salt.
Then, mix in the milk, oil,eggs and vanilla Then, mix in the milk, oil,eggs and vanilla. On medium speed and carefully add to them boiling water.
Next, beat on high speed for about 1 minute to give air to the batter.
After that, distribue cake batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Later , remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Finally, decorate the cake with some flours and you will have a perfect and delicious chocolate cake.
