Incoming students After the home university sent the official nomination (pre- set excel file), FEB colleague sends an e-mail with the application procedure + guideline Requesting & activating the guest account (step 1) Nomination deadline: 15th of April Application deadline: 1st of May Step 1 - 6
Incoming students Application online via the central KU Leuven website (step 2+3) Uploading documents (step 4) (copy ID/EHIC, transcript of records, Proof of prof. In English, Learning agreement, picture)
Incoming students - KU Loket Submitted applications first arrive in the central admissions office in Leuven. After check they are transferred to the contact person from the faculty The FEB colleague checks the files and approves the applications in KU Loket.
