What is Ethical Decision Making? Ethics Ethics is the study or reflection upon moral belief, moral systems and moral practices Decision Making cognitive process resulting in the selection of a belief or a course of action among several alternative possibilities. Ethical Decision Making is the process of identifying and choosing alternatives based on the studied and articulated values, preferences and beliefs of the decision-maker.
