In correspondence, the sender’s address is printed as letter head in the middle of the page. Destination address or inside address Write the address of respondent on the left below your address. If you know the name of the person you are writing to, write it. If you don’t know the name, write the position preceding the address. Salutation If you know the name of the person you are writing to, write it and the salutation should show the name: (Dear + title + last name) Ex.
