The Compass Team Process Will Include Review, analyze and synthesize existing material: - By-Laws, Board roster, financials, etc. Analyze the current environment: - trends with non-profit Boards - best practices Conduct 1:1 interviews with key stakeholders / informed sources: Board members Senior staff Major contributors Brief Board during course of project: - Preliminary findings Formulate recommendations, including implementation plan
What Assistance We Need From You Provide the Compass Team access to board members Designate who will serve as our primary liaison Provide introductions to appropriate staff and volunteers Assist in information and data collection (i.e., By-Laws; current financials; board minutes; etc.) Involve the Compass Project Team in Board meetings Assist in arranging meetings with Board Committees and Executive Staff, as needed
