Although small we should always be alert and avoid activities that put ourselves at risk. IF EVER CUT OR PUNCTURED BY A NEEDLE OR OTHER SHARP OBJECT REPORT THE INCIDENT IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR SUPERVISOR AND SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT. KEEP OUT OF THE TRASH! Never reach inside a trash can Never push down on trash to compact or to make more room Never empty trash with hands – dump container or remove liner Avoid trash liners from touching your leg/body when handling. SHARPS CONTAINERS Never reach inside Report containers ¾ full for disposal Never place in normal trash You are NOT authorized to handle
