July 25,2003 Announcement (1) TGe will hold a meeting the week of August 24th in New Jersey hosted by AT&T. Meeting will begin on Monday August the 25th at 9:00 AM and end on Thursday August the 28th at 4 :00 PM. Sessions will run until 7:00 PM the rest of the days. July 25,2003 Key Motions Authorize the editor to issue draft 5.0 by incorporating the comment resolutions from LB #51 of TGe as documented in document, 020r12 and to submit the draft for a 21- day recirculation ballot no later than August 1, 2003. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Conditionally authorize the Task Group 802.11e meeting, to be held the week of August 24, 2003, to submit for a 15 – day WG recirculation ballot assuming that comment resolutions have been completed from the most recent TGe recirculation ballot.  & To authorize the TGe meeting to be held the week of August 24 2003 to resolve comments from the TGe recirculation ballot and to create a new draft.
