Welcome to Session Title July 1, 2012 9:00am -1:00pm Welcome to Session Title Before We Begin Audio/Microphone Setup Click the Audio Setup Wizard button at the top of the Audio-Video Window and follow wizard steps as provided Communicating with the Microphone Click the TALK button at the bottom of the Audio-Video Window to talk, click it again when finished talking to release the microphone (adjust volume with slider bars above button) Non-Spoken Communication To participate without speaking: - Use emoticons to communicate non-verbally - Respond to Polling questions with POLL tool - Draw on Whiteboard (when asked by presenter) with whiteboard tools at left side of whiteboard - Type responses in the CHAT panel at the bottom To customize this template Change “Session Title” to your own session title Change “July 1, 2012” to your session date Change “9:00am – 1:00pm” to your session time Change the photo to your photo, or delete the photo Change “Presenter’s Name” to the name of your presenter Change “Presenter’s Title” to the presenter’s title (or delete that line) Change “email@esc11.net” to the presenter’s email address (or appropriate contact person) Change “817-740-####” to the presenter’s phone number (or appropriate contact person) Save the file Close PowerPoint Add into your Collaborate Session (use “Add Content” button) Presenter’s Name Presenter’s Title Education Service Center Region XI email@esc11.net / 817-740-####
