Field Day~ End of the Year & Awards I’ve worked with your flower, And helped it to grow. I'm returning it now, But I want you to know... This flower is precious, As dear as can be. Love it, take care of it, And you will see... A bright new bloom, With every day. It grew and blossomed, In such a wonderful way. In September just a bud, January, a bloom… Now a lovely blossom, I'm returning in June. Remember, this flower, As dear as can be. Though rightfully yours, Part will always belong to me! - Author Unknown THURSDAY, MAY 16TH 8:30-10:30: Field Day in the gym 10:45-11:00: 4th 9-Weeks Awards – These will be presented in the classroom this time, not in the cafeteria. All students will be receiving an award. 11:00-11:30 : Pizza Picnic Lunch! Please send in your own lunch if you did not order. You will also need to bring a drink and any additional snacks you may want. 11:30-2:00 Students will enjoy the afternoon playing and visiting with their fourth grade friends! **Parents are welcome to attend these events. Parents must be gone by 2:00 to allow for bus parking.
