School Culture . . . Is the “hidden curriculum” or “persona” which shapes and influences every aspect of school life. It is the atmosphere or climate of the school. Is the result of a school’s beliefs, history, perceptions, attitudes, practices, traditions, and relationships. The parents, students, teachers, administration, board, and local community each uniquely contribute to the school culture. A healthy school culture encourages and energizes students to grow and thrive spiritually, academically, and socially.
