Water Cycle Water circulates between the earth’s oceans, atmosphere, and land, through evaporation, condensation and precipitation.

Check for Understanding! Use these signals: rising fingers = EVAPORATION, shiver = CONDENSATION, sprinkling fingers =PRECIPITATION. A bowl of water left out is empty 2 days later. A bottle of ice water is covered in little drops an hour after filling. Northern states get a huge blizzard of snow. The cupboard above a boiling kettle has drops of water form on it. A pot of soup has steam rising from it on the stove. Icicles melting drop water on people’s heads below.
