Arthroscopy of the Ankle joint Because of the closeness of neurovascular structures to the arthroscopic portals, there is the potential risk of neurovascular lesions during arthroscopy of the ankle. Surprisingly, our experience proves that, in fact, arthroscopy of the ankle is a safe technique. The surgeon must have knowledge of the neurovascular anatomy and he should use the standard portals and create them cautiously. 7/30/2019 E.Adar M.D
