Benefits of AS9100 Rev C Process based approach Vs. Procedure based approach. AS9100 Rev C, at SL Eng. Ltd, is a company run program rather than a Quality department driven objective. AS9100 Rev C is not seen as an imposition rather an opportunity to improve! BSi and the process approach have helped us improve performance, reduce risk and achieve growth.
Relationship with BSi Better working relationship between auditor and company. Rather than a ‘slap on the wrist’ approach, an ‘arm around shoulder’ approach is used. We feel that BSi working with us is helping our company to perform better. The auditors get to interact with all of the company, building a relationship for better development in the future.
