(A) Criteria used to classify paired heavy and light chains from single cells into the three multidonor classes. (B and C) Percentage of H5H1+, H7H3+, H5+H1–, or H7+H3– single cell–sorted cells that expressed a VH1-18 or VH6-1 heavy chain and had an Ig molecular signature that fit one of the three classes indicated in (A).
