What is Stress? The body’s response to a demand or pressure.

Eustress: positive stress Eustress can cause these symptoms: Good feelings Motivation Higher Achievement Pick up random papers and read off some of their stressors. Ask students if they are examples of distress, eustress, or no stress. It can be different for each person. What may be a distress to one, may be a eustress to another. 6
