DISASTER!! The ship is sinking! HOWEVER… There is only one space left in the lifeboat. Who should be saved???

NOW… Each person must take on the role of one of the passengers. You have to present your case to the rest of the group. Why should YOU be saved? 5 MINUTES Teenager Doctor Captain Head teacher Research scientist Housewife Banker Prime Minister

Who should be saved?? In the end your group has to decide. Everyone has one vote to start with – is there a winner? You may not vote for yourself! If there is no winner, vote again. Nobody may vote for the same person twice.

PEE Write a PEE paragraph explaining who you chose to save and WHY? Point........ Evidence/Example...... Explanation.... Think about what each person has to offer.

Housewife – looking after three foster children, one severely disabled – the severely disabled has less than six months to live Banker – married with a young family – good neighbours, helpful in the community Prime Minister – working on Arab Israeli peace plan – but up for re-election within the next two years.
