The graph depicts the proportion of α- and β-cells in islets derived from the analysis of an average of 25 islets per 9- to 12-week-old wild-type and +/RIP-N mice. Data from individual mice are shown (the numbers in the sex symbols indicate which founder the animals are derived from) as well as the means ± SD values (indicated by the μ symbol in the gray area).
