The moon THE MOON IS THE EARTH’S ONLY NATURAL SATELITE AND WAS FORMED 4.6 BILLION YEARS AGO AROUND SOME 30-50 MILLION YEARS AFTER THE FORMATION OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM .the moon also orbits the earth every 28days.

The Solar System THE SOLAR SYSTEM INCLUDES THE sun AND ALL THE objects that orbit around it due to it’s gravity . the sun is in the centre of the solar system .There are eight planets in the solar system .

Day And Night The earth spins every 24hours. When one side of the earth is facing the sun is day time for that half of the planet and the other side is night time and it swaps every 24hours.

Mercury MERCURY IS THE CLOSEST PLANET TO THE SUN AND IT IS THE SMALLEST OF ALL THE EIGHT PLANETS IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM.MERCURY COMPLETES THREE ROTATIONS ON IT’S AXIS.IT IS GRAVATATIONALY LOCKED AN THIS ROTATION IS UNIQUE TO THE SOLAR SYSTEM. Mercury’s rocky surface

Venus Venus is the hottest planet of all the eight planets in the whole solar system .No human can live on Venus. From earth ,Venus looks like a very bright star. Venus and Earth are very similar shape and size and Venus spins the other way round.

EARTH Earth is the third planet away from the sun (and it is the right temperature ).it is the only planet that has life.

The sun The sun is the brightest star in the universe and it is also made of nightrigon witch makes it the hottest star in the solar system.
