Figure 3 Growth of E. coli JP1111 FabI(Ts) Strain Complemented with BatG BatG was cloned into pJH10 low copy number vector under control of the tac promotor. Both empty vector (pJH10) and construct (pJH10_BatG) were transformed into FabI(Ts) strain JP1111. Serial 10-fold dilutions of each overnight culture were spotted on plates of LB supplemented with 0.5 mM IPTG and incubated at 30°C (left) and 42°C (right), respectively.
