Medicines Use and Safety (MUS) Co-ordinate best practice pharmacy networks Develop resources and toolkits on current medicines issues Lead collaborative multi-organisation audits and service evaluations to identify unwarranted variation Present at conferences, publish in journals Respond to national consultations on medicines. 10 specialist pharmacist staff – all part time, mostly also working in acute trusts or primary care, so we understand current ‘real’ world issues.
