(A) AOx-deficient fibroblasts were cultured for 4 hours in the absence (Aa,Ab) or presence of 150 μM DHA (Ac–Af) followed by the addition of DMSO (Aa–Ad) or 10 μM nocodazole (Ae,Af) for 20 hours.
