Utah Cluster Acceleration Partnership (UCAP) Began in 2010 Partnership between DWS, USHE, and GOED with funding coming primarily from USHE and DWS resources Purpose serves to increase economic development by linking workforce development with educational alignment

66% Goal Regional Plans Regional Plan Mapping Document- Due to Mary and Blair by October 31, 2013 Objective: To assist in meeting the states goal to have 66% of Utahns ages with a postsecondary credential by 2020, provide entry-level postsecondary certificate program/pathways of study in high school in key workforce clusters that lead to high-demand, high-wage occupations and that also provide opportunities for further education.
