Unit 1 – Health 1. Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle? Explain why or why not. 2. What is your healthiest habit? 3. What is your least healthy habit? 4. How often do you exercise, and what kind of exercise do you do? 5. How is your stress level, and how do you manage it?

Unit 2 – Energy and the Environment What do you use the most energy for? Explain and give examples. What are some ways that you try to conserve energy?
