Count István Széchenyi Catching-up Its purpose:  - increasing the ability to inclusion  Its conditions:  - dialoges on different levels in working conditions - the goal is to create the conditions for young people to live and work here  Events of the settlement: City day of Onga Quintessence Palinka and Distillate Competition Day of Older Persons Lavender day Children’s day Advent Fishing competition School and kindergarten balls Carnival in the school Producer’s day once a month Easter Turul running Harvest parade  

ONGA city and the instance of volunteering THEN: River Hernád is near Onga. In 2010, in Onga during the flood unprecedented cooperation came to life - the government helped control the damage - the citizens volunteered to help clean the city   NOW: Example of current collaboration is the Greek Catholic Church 2010 - Flood 2019 - Greek Catholic Church

ONGA city and equality 30th October in 2018. - Onga city accepted the Equality Program   Target groups: Gipsies Children Elders Women Disabled people Its purpose: to provide public service for every inhabitants creating equal opportunities for every people elimination of segregation

Common opportunities for the youth From 2016 hungarian students must do 50 hours community service. Another opportunities: Volunteering (invidual, group) Solidarity Work These are for young people between 18-30. The programs support finances of travelling and improving language skill.  

Then and now The Communist Youth Organizations made construction camps where the youth had the chance to participate in different competitions, contests and also they were able to be together as a community. Nowadays the youth participate in camps where they have the opportunity to try several freetime activities such as fishing archery horse riding sports (football, basketball) dance gym ect.
