Mrs. Ernest’s and Mrs. Perez’s Class A Peek at Next Week in… Mrs. Ernest’s and Mrs. Perez’s Class November 26, 2018 Reminders Homework this year is to practice math facts and read daily AND spend time with your family! Additional homework will be given from time to time to study for tests. Objectives:  Reading; This week we will complete our poetry unit with a daily review of terms and how we read poetry.  Test Friday! Language: Students will distinguish among declarative and interrogative sentences, and use capitalization for proper nouns, months and days of the week.  Writing: Students will think about traditional tales they have studied and choose one to adapt. Spelling Words: tackle, sick, cave, pike, rock, dock, kick, cast, peak, luck, bucket, carry Math: We will focus on subtracting 2-digit numbers with regrouping. 2-Digit Addition/Subtraction and Graphing Assessment – Friday. Science: Students will continue to study rocks this week. Social Studies: We will study Cultural Heritage this week.
