GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Set up a Provincial Business Unit Establishment of a Provincial Centre of Excellence (COE)  Engage Government on all SBO matters relating to: Poor road conditions Licensing issues Operations of Law Enforcement Agencies Managing all Transport matters

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Lobby Government to assist with a draft SBO Funding Model to access mainstream subsidy (e.g. set asides for SBO’s/negotiated contracts)  Participating in Integrated Development Plans (IDP’s) and Integrated Transport Plans (ITP’s) Design a Communication Strategy
