Policy Reminder If you will be gone from your building for an Inservice related opportunity paperwork must be filled out. If you needs help filling forms out they should consult with their building representative.
The Process – Filling Out the Forms Filling out the correct forms Inservice form - filled out as best as possible Date, Location, Names of staff attending, Fees, Lodging Remember – If a school vehicle is available staff must use that. Mileage will only be paid if a school vehicle is not available. Purchase Order – If there is a fee associated please include a PO. This paperwork is needed for: Sub reimbursement District Professional Development Reports to the School Board State reports
The Process – Approval The building Principal and SDLT Rep approve form based on: Budget, Dates, Locations, Etc. If you have questions regarding eligibility/policy please consult your building representative.
The Process – Behind the Scenes SDLT Representative will: File paperwork with District Office, Building Principal, Office (for PO’s) Completes Inservice Sub Request Form with Shae If you have a preference you may let your Inservice representative know. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT SHAE – YOUR BUILDING REP MUST REQUEST YOUR SUB. Gives staff back their copy of the Inservice form for registration to the event. Staff should not be registering for events prior to approval.
The Process – Reflection After attending the Inservice you need to complete the reflection form that has been shared. This information is used: To provide committee and district data For state reporting
