What is the “this” Rosa is referring to when she shrieks, “You’re responsible for this!” at Matt?  What does Rosa do to manage the smell and filth in Matt’s room? How does Matt entertain himself in “prison”? What object has come to be a comfort to Matt, and what does it represent? Matt does not speak and does not seem happy when Celia and María find him in the room.  The author writes: “Matt was frankly relieved to see them go.  They were an unwelcome intrusion in the orderly world he had created.”  Explain why Matt is reacting this way.
