Approving a Trip via Email

Approving a Trip When you receive the approval email you then have the option to enter an A or R in the brackets before replying to confirm whether you wish you confirm or decline the booking. Alternatively you can reply to the email and enter the word Approve or Reject at the top of the email. Please only enter these words or your booking will not be approved. The details of the booking will show further down the email. Please do not click on this link, you should replay to the email.
