Introduction/Background

UNOPS will provide TOR for requested positions; ToR Summary To support its partners, the UNOPS Nepal Operations Centre is seeking a qualified Company to recruit and deploy consultants, as needs arise; Tasks include but are not limited to Engineering, Technical Advisory, Finance, Human Resources, Data Collection, Construction Supervision, Skilled and Unskilled Labour, etc.; UNOPS will provide TOR for requested positions; Contractor may be requested to Recruit and Manage Consultants on a Large or Small Scale UNOPS and/or its client(s) will determine Consultant(s)’ monthly or daily fee(s)

ToR Summary - Continued Contractor will lead recruitment based on approved recruitment plan UNOPS and/or its client will be invited to participate in the selection process as required Contractor shall be responsible for the management of the requested Consultant(s), i.e. full HR administration and payroll services, and as further detailed in RFP Section II Schedule of Requirements. UNOPS shall sign 2 (two) Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for one year each renewable up to three years based on needs and satisfactory performance
