Extroversion vs Introversion Where you get your energy- Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or your own inner world? Extroverts - Energize by being around and talking with others. Focus on the outer world often described as social and talkative. Introverts- Energize by being alone or considering thoughts independently. Focus on their own inner world, often described as quiet or reserved.

Sensing vs iNtuition How you take in information- Do you look for the observable facts or do you look for a deeper meaning? Sensing= Tend to focus on the present and what can be observed from the 5 senses. Intuition= Tend to interpret information and look for deeper meaning when solving problems.

Aptitudes- things you are naturally good at Aptitudes- things you are naturally good at. They may or may not be the same as your interests. Interests- things you are passionate about. They may or may not be aptitudes. EX- you may be interested in basketball but not have the aptitude for it. Attitudes- How you react to situations and your general outlook on your circumstances .
