Update on Pesticide Labeling Issue The Issue: The EPA does not allow the addition of third party logos to EPA approved pesticide labels by non-notification. The guidelines state that a product is not registered until the NSF mark appears on the label. Many customers of the companies affected wish to see a third party registration before purchasing a product.

Pesticide Labeling Issue What has been done: NSF is aware of one company who has approached the EPA about this issue. The results of their last meeting indicated: Logos will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
