Community Informed Housing for short sentenced young ex-offenders Safe transformative environments: Community informed housing for long-term rehabilitation Community Informed Housing for short sentenced young ex-offenders Community safety needs at the center of purpose built housing development or housing in existing vacant accommodation Safe (stepping stone) temporary housing for young people leaving custody Provides opportunities for ex-offenders to be supported to address issues of trauma which influence offending behavior, wellbeing issues and instability Tertiary Desistance informed: providing acceptance, purpose and worth in the community Providing stability and safety to progress into education, employment and long term housing Provides in-house vcs community hub support where local services are stakeholders in the successful running of the accommodation Provides opportunity for residents to make steady but targeted progression whilst they develop the capacity to make long term positive changes
