Performance Monitoring and Feedback

Introduction Monitoring means continue observation of given task whether it is going to right direction or not. Monitoring is a method or technique to bring something on right track. A supportive mechanism to achieve expected goal of organization. Performance Monitoring means observation of assign work if it is getting expected output.

Types of Monitoring Monitoring of Process (following law, policy, procedure) Monitoring of output (Quantity, Quality, Cost and Time ) Monitoring of behavior ( responsiveness, ethics, code of conduct )

Style of Performance monitoring General Observation at office Field visit Contact to clients Getting information from Peers and subordinates

Feedback Acquiring detail information regarding performance and providing suggestion to improve if necessary. A corrective measure to make further performance effective and efficient.
