Legal Transportation of Hazardous Waste to Mexico TEMARRY RECYCLING Legal Transportation of Hazardous Waste to Mexico

Typical Objections & Solutions The truth is very different than the perceived reality! 1 Perception that Mexico is still like the Old Wild West and the risk to your company is not worth it. 2 Legal Authorization from the EPA giving Temarry the authority to export and receive your waste streams. 3 Recycling services and what you can an cannot send to Temarry. 4 Sustainability and how your company can achieve the highest level of sustainability in the industry.

Perception The current perception for many, is that Mexico remains an unregulated country with a disruptive infrastructure. The overall liability of sending hazardous waste to Mexico is not worth the risk for some.

Truth A TSDF in Mexico is regulated just as much as their U.S. counterparts. Temarry Recycling must have a permit issued by the EPA delineating the types of waste that they are allowed to export. Recicladora Temarry must have a corresponding permit issued by SEMARNAT granting them authority to import listed types of waste.

EPA Legal Authorization
