BROADLEAZE FARM REDEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY UPDATE Key points: The scheme has been revisited following previous consultation and a new master plan proposed. Scheme is to be re-submitted September 2016 Invite all further comments by 14th August 2016

WHAT IS THE PROPOSAL? Up to 80 new dwellings 30% Affordable Housing 19 x 2-bedroom 27 x 3-bedroom 24 x 4-bedroom 5 x 5-bedroom 30% Affordable Housing New layout including; Open Space Wildlife area; and Two play areas Vehicular access through Broadleaze Way

So What’s Different? Your comments following previous consultation have helped us to amend the scheme and propose changes to meet issues raised; Additional buffer on the boundary with the Strawberry Line and Highways Depot Two pedestrian/cycle access points proposed to be retained. Layout and internal roads adapted. Public open space re-arranged.
