Who Is Required To Undertake What Training Rule of thumb: If training module is available and it’s relevant to work you perform or supervise, then training requirement applies. Scenario: Worker handles ether in fume cupboard and the solvent ignites. Regulator comes in to investigate. First questions: “Where is the risk assessment, and has the mandated training been undertaken?”
